Customer Service Representative (Healthcare)
(National Capital Reg - Pasay City)

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
* Experience in Customer Service is an advantage.
* Has strong written and verbal communication skills required with an emphasis on customer service.
* Has the ability to work in fast paced call center environment.
* Has strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple software applications at once to provide a positive customer experience.
* Should be willing to work in Pasay City (Mall of Asia Complex).
* Should be willing to work in shifting hours.
* Full-Time positions available.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Can Start ASAP
