REQUIREMENTS:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field or at least completed Second Year in College.
* With Excellent Communication skills
* Preferably with at least 6 months call center experience in handling a technical account or has background with High-Speed Internet Access, Internet Protocol Television, Consumer Voice over Internet Protocol and integrated Set-Top Box.
* Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule
* Willing to be assigned in Quezon City
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
