Responsibilities:

* Open validate, isolate, take corrective action, and confirm resolution for on-net and off-net Plain Old Telephone Service based troubles.
* Make outbound calls to communicate to the end user real time status based on interval and milestone events.
* Manage repair process on a ticket by ticket basis.
* Manage internal requests for escalations on the on-net and off-net Plain Old Telephone Service maintenance tickets.
* Maintain an inbound call queue for technician to call into.
* Maintain quality and customer satisfaction/engagement benchmarks in all above duties.
Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Others or equivalent.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Understanding of Basic Telecommunication Circuits and Equipment
* Basic knowledge of Plain Old Telephone Service technologies
* Understanding of Plain Old Telephone Service Testing procedures including capacitance, resistance and noise measeurements.
* Must be able to plan, organize, and prioritize workload independently.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
