RESPONSIBILITIES:
Agent are responsible to:

* provide technical assistance;
* make outbound calls for follow ups and;
* provide top-quality customer service to all customers.
REQUIREMENTS:

* Candidates must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Others or equivalent.
* Applicants must have above average communication skills with good directional and navigational skills.
* Basic knowledge in computer networking and navigation, familiarity of consumer electronics, gaming consoles and video games and ability to navigate complex websites are required for this position.
* Typing speed of atleast 25 wpm is a must.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Taguig City.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
