RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Demonstrate ability to use logical and non-linear troubleshooting techniques to resolve customer issues
* Execute client’s policy and procedure to resolve issues and offering suggestions
* Clearly set customer expectations regarding resolution and/or follow up



REQUIREMENTS:

* At least 3rd year college
* Technical orientation/familiarity with tech (console and internet)
* Behavioral Competencies – High analytical/ problem-solving skills; Adaptability; Confidence
* Communication Skills – good
