Telecoms Analyst
RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Assist in the planning, design, and implementation of telecommunication systems.
* Work with end users, business units and external client technical teams to meet the telecommunications needs of all users and include in future policies and telecommunications planning and development.
* Support call center end users globally, make recommendations to improve quality, services, reliability, and cost effectiveness of voice communications systems.
* Procure quotations for telecommunications equipment for projects and obtain approvals for this equipment from upper management.
* Develop detailed project plans; manage projects from proposal to implementation.
* Work closely with client program managers to ensure timely delivery of client telecommunication needs.
* Develop procedures and processes for the ongoing operation, maintenance, and backup of the telecommunications equipment and systems to ensure 99.99% availability across the enterprise.
* Function as part of a team consisting of voice and data personnel, end user personnel, outside vendors and clients to solve business problems.
* Assist in the development of the Telecommunications Analyst role to ensure proper functioning of the department.
* Report to the Supervisor of Voice Communications in the Corporate Headquarters.
* Perform other duties as assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree or Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* Excellent working knowledge in Telco setup and infrastructure, PABX/PBX, circuits, Avaya PBX and CMS, ASPECT SER EIS, Davox, NICE, Definity Servers (PBX type), Communication Manager (current PBX software), Application Enablement Services/AES, Session Initiation Protocol, Vectors/Vdns, Call Management System, Intuity Audix
* Avaya Certified Associate (ACA) / Avaya Certified Specialist (ACS) / Avaya Certified Expert (ACE)
* CCNA or CCNP an advantage but not a must.
* Excellent communicator using a variety of methods (phone, email, online chat).
* Excellent interpersonal, written and oral English communication skills.
* Willing to work on shifts, render stand-by/on-call duty, weekends and public holidays on a 24x7 operation environment.
* Highly motivated, mature, professional and willing to provide 100% performance.
* At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Able to start immediately
