Responsibilities:

* The Security Support Specialist provides support services to the Security department.


* Reports directly to the Sr. Security Analyst.
* Requires working U.S. Business Hours
* Must be experienced in the Microsoft Office Suite such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, etc.
* Performs a variety of internal auditing functions and escalates issues such as, but not limited to:
* User entitlement reviews
* AV Audits
* Vulnerability scanning
* Log Management and Reviews of System, Firewall, and IDS logs
* Has excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
* Receives phone calls and emails and provides necessary actions on those communications.
* Performs a variety of administrative duties/functions as required by the daily operations of the Security team.
* Handles logistics in organizing operational meetings/conferences
* Coordinates team’s schedules and responsible for team availability and travel plans.
* Fields and directs incoming internal and client correspondents, inquires, and proposals.
* Performs other duties and assignments that may be assigned or required by the Supervisor or Manager



Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent. Job role in Database Administrator or Management.
* 1 Full-Time positions available.
