Communications Analyst (Davao)

Responsibilities:

* Documents all pertinent data related to the day's worth of coaching sessions; this includes associate's AFIs, discussion points and performance goals and agreements.
* Prepares and submits to Program supports and leads the end phase report on the overall performance of associates under the communications skills coaching cycle.
* Faciliates up-skill and refresher training sessions for all associates. Ensures the completion of all other training-related records such as coaching compliance reports.
* Trains and coaches associates to enhance communication and customer service skills.
* Attends weekly calibration sessions.
* Assists or creates training needs analysis.
* Attends Program meetings.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Humanities/Liberal Arts, Linguistics/Languages, Mass Communications, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Davao City.
* Must be willing to work on shifting schedules
* Preferably with training experience in a BPO company
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
