Responsibilities:
• Provide world-class customer service through inbound calls.
• Respond to customers inquiries, concerns and consultation.
• Knowledgeable in computer applications, internet and troubleshooting.
Requirement:
• Bachelor's Degree / 2 years in college or a 2-year vocational course.
• Average English verbal communication skills including active listening.
• Must have good judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Computer literate and must be proficient in keyboarding.
• Amenable to work in TAGUIG, MAKATI, SHAW and ORTIGAS.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules / graveyard shift.
• Full-time positions available.
