Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Greeting, register, and assign rooms to guests of hotels.
• Perform simple bookkeeping activities and confirm reservations.
• Provide world-class customer service through inbound calls.

Requirement:
• Completed 2 years in college or a 2-year vocational course.
• Average English communication skills and good comprehension.
• Computer literate and must be proficient in keyboarding.
• Amenable to work in ORTIGAS.
• Willing to work on shifting schedule.
• Full-time position available.
