Finance Analyst for a Multinational Company

(National Capital Reg - Fort Bonifacio-Taguig)

Responsibilities:

* Analyzing monthly results, forecasting quarterly financials, and communicating observations and recommendations on areas of focus to mitigate risks while capitalizing on opportunities
* Participating in quarterly/yearly accounting closing processes. Partners with other teams (AP, Account Receivables, and Payroll) and regional FP&A team during monthy, quarterly closing and helps drive integrity of fiancial reporting
* Partnering with operations team to drive inderect cost productivity projects
* Leading and or participating in finance process simplification projects that will facilitate and increase capacity for value-added financial analysis
* Consolidate quarterly estimate submissions for operating profit, contribution, margin, base cost walks, also total cost analysis
* Participate in SII, GPB and Operating Plan process. Partner with operations to create consolidated contribution margin, operating profit and base cost walks. Provide fiancial support to all PH Corporate teams as well (Business Development, Corp Comms, HR, IT and others)
* Finance lead for monthly corporate operating reviews
* Functionally lead CCL implementation
* Provide analyses and necessary support for ad-hoc reporting required by the controller. Prepare and communicate reporting guidelines to Region or HQ Teams
* Support statutory requirments for GEP
* Adhoc requirements of Philippine Business

Requirements:

* Candidate must be a CPA
* At least with 3 years working experience, with at least 2 yaers of Financial Planning and Accounting Experience
* Knowledgeable of accounting system/s
* Advanced computer skills
* Ability to work well with team mates
* Highly energetic and self motivated; ability to work as an individual or as a team member
* Ability to adapt sucessfully to multiple tasks that occur in a rapidly changing environment
* Ability to perfomr in highly interruptive conditions
* ability to perform in time-pressures and meet deadlines
* Strong work ethic, honest and ethical
* Proactive and resourceful
* Good communication skills
* Must be willing to work in Fort Bonifacio in Taguig
