Call Center Agent - Alabang/Makati/Pasay/Sucat

Responsibilities:
• Answer customers' call pertaining to billing, services and products.
• Ensure the call quality is observed in resolving customer needs .
• Provide excellent customers service.

Requirement:
• Completed 2 years vocational course/College degree in any field.
• Average English communication skill with good comprehension.
• Computer literate and must be proficient in keyboarding.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule or graveyard shift.
• Full-Time positions available


Type of Employment: Direct hire and probationary
Compensation: 15 - 20K (inclusive of Basic Salary, Allowances and Night Differential)
Other openings: Technical Support, Customer Service, Sales and Collections Agent
Daily Event: 2-3 Call Center Companies are hiring in our office.
