CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (UK Account)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The purpose and scope of this position includes handling of customer calls in a timely manner and to provide consistent, high quality service and accurate information to customers.


1. Handle customer calls; provide excellent customer service and information to customers as reflected in their QA score and CPT / AHT.
2. Attend team and call center meetings
3. Perform other related duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:


* Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree, or any field.
* Required skill(s): Typing net speed of 25wpm, excellent listening skills, excellent customer service skills and excellent english communication skills.
* Required language: English
* Willing to work on shifting schedules
* Knowledge of the call center industry an advantage but not required
* Fresh graduates / entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
* Full-Time positions available.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
