Responsibilities:

* Management of assigned collection portfolio(s).
* Establishing credit lines for U.S. accounts. Monitoring accounts receivable and making adjustments to credit lines/risk codes as appropriate.
* Updating management on A/R and risk status. Achieving individual and medium size projects.
* Reviewing and approving the establishment of new customers and changes to the customer master.
* Performs management reporting including the comprehensive reporting package, identifying and implementing process improvements, maintaining financial controls associated with accounts receivable and through coaching and training develops a competent, customer-focused staff capable of professional interactions, meeting all customer and financial requirements.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance, Accounting or any business-related courses. At least 2-3 years of credit experience is required for this position.
* Must have good interpersonal skills. Must be proficient in PC skills including strong Excel abilities, Word, Powerpoint and Internet.
* Knowledge of the Consumer Products industry and international credit management experience is preferred.
* Demonstrated complex financial statement analysis is required. Must have strong communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment that requires continuous multi-tasking, ability to synthesize information and present logical recommendations.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively with customers.
* Ability to work in a flexible schedule including overtime. Must be willing to work at night shift.
