* Open to College/Vocational/Undergraduate (3rd year)
* Must be at least one year experience as Technical Support Representative.
* Good communication skills.
* Willing to work on a shifting schedule.

* Open to High School graduates (as long as 18 years old).

* Willing to work in Commonwealth.
