Responsibilities:

* • Graduate of any four year course or accomplished at least second year college.
* • Eighteen years old and above.
* • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* • Fluency in English
* • Experience with MS Office products and web-based applications
* • Ability to learn quickly in a changing environment
* • Proficiency in problem solving, decision making and multi-tasking in a fast paced environment
* • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
* • A passion for customer service and sales
* • Call Center/Sales background is a plus
* • Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
* • Must be willing to work in Mall of Asia, Pasay City and start on June 21, 2010
Requirements:

* • Handle inbound customer service support calls from established customers
* • Cross sell value added services or products that are offered by the company
* • Provide consistent, superior service to every customer by utilizing all available tools and resources.
