Responsibilities:
• Provide world-class customer service through inbound calls.
• Provide Trouble shooting and solutions on computer hardware and internet application.

Requirement:
• Completed 2 years in college in IT or Engineering / 2 yrs. vocational course (Must have a Call center Exp.)
• Bachelors degree in IT, Comsci or any course are welcome to apply.
• Average English communication skills and good comprehension.
• Knowledgeable in Trouble shooting computer hardware.
• Willing to work on a Shifting schedule or Graveyard shift.
• Amenable to be assign in SHAW.
• Full-Time Position available.
Qualified candidates will receive : 16-22K! Salary, Good benefits, Fun facilities and Incentives.
