They make sure that needs are met in a timely and accurate manner.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Graduate(any course) and/or graduates of 2 year vocational technology courses with at least 1 year work experience or;
• College undegraduate completing the 4-year combo:
[at least 1 year in college + 3 years work experience in a call center setting]
[at least 2 years college + 2 years work experience in a call center setting]
[at least 3 years college + 1 years work experience in a call center setting]
[4 years work experience in a call center setting]
• Did not apply at Accenture in the last three months
• Ability to develop great people interaction and communication skills
• Willing to work full-time
