Technical Support Representative - Software QA
(National Capital Reg - Pasig City)

Responsibilities:

* Provides on-demand solutions to end-users involving broken software functionality. The support is through both email/phone.
* Perform software administrative responsibilities as directed by end-users. These responsibilities involve performing specific tasks that have been outlined by the end-users.
* Guide end-users on how to navigate and take full advantage of the product's features.
* Engage with end-users via email/phone to keep them updated on progress of solutions or status of system availability.

Requirements:

* Graduate of a Computer-related course (Bachelor’s degree and Vocational/Diploma course – 2 years and 3 years)
* Working knowledge of the Web and Web-based applications
* Knowledge or practical experience in using HTML coding (Required)
* Knowledge or practical experience in using XML (Preference)
* Above-average English communication skills
* Previous call center experience is an advantage
* Willingness to be based Pasig City
* Willingness to work on shifting schedules (including the night shift)
* Willingness to work on weekends
