Responsibilities:

* • 1 year experience TSR with Good Communication Skills and Graduate OR less than 1 year Help Desk experience.
* • 3yrs undergrad Bachelor Degree with 1 yr experience full tech support
* • Associate degree with 1 year TSR call center experience.
* • 2 years undergrad/ graduate of a 2 year vocational course with 2 years of call center experience

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent. Job role in Customer Service - General or equivalent.
* 60 Full-Time positions available.
