Technical Support Representatives (Taguig Site - code:S)
RESPONSIBILITIES:

* The Technical Support Representative's role offers you the opportunity to be the voice of TELUS to our residential customers. Together with the customer, you will analyze product and service requirements and develop positive solutions that are mutually beneficial for the customer and for TELUS.
* We hire the best and the brightest Technical Support Representatives as our first point of contact experts for inbound residential customer calls.
* Your goal will be to provide troubleshooting support of residential phone lines and technical support for the customer’s DSL internet in a professional, accurate and timely manner. It is imperative that our customer's needs are understood and that the appropriate TELUS sales and service solutions are recommended and delivered.
* In this position, you will:
* Provide troubleshooting support for residential phone lines
* Provide technical support for the ADSL internet
* Sell TELUS services and products to better suit a customer’s needs
* Handle all inbound queries and advocate resolutions to issues in a timely, accurate manner



REQUIREMENTS:

* Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
* 50 Full-Time positions available.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
