Requirements:
Essential:



• Experience in BPO international travel programs for at least six (6) months

• Proficiency in the conversational English

• Excellent customer service skills

• Computer Literate

• Attended at least second year college




Desirable:



• College degree is related to tourism, hotel management and communication arts courses

• Good Team Player

• Competencies

- Very good work ethics
- High motivation
- High stress tolerance

• Flexible with shift timings
