Responsibilities:
• Provide customer satisfaction by effectively handle customer problems through diagnosis and provide solutions for technical and service issues.

Requirement:
◘ Candidate must possess Bachelor or completed 2 yrs. in college.
◘ Above average to excellent English communication skills.
◘ Familiar in troubleshooting ISP or Network connection.
◘ Amenable to work in a Shifting schedule.
◘ Full-Time positions available.
