SALES MANAGER
(National Capital Reg - Pasig City)
Responsibilities:
* Training staff
* Supervising, motivating and monitoring performance
* Setting budgets and targets
* Liasing with other line managers
* Reporting back to Senior Managers
* Liasing with customers (which may include actual selling)
* Maintaining detailed knowledge of the company's product
* Keeping abreast of what that competitors are doing
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
* At least 3 year(s) sales management experience is required for this position.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Excellent selling skills, proven sales record, team building and ability to teach others what makes you successful
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
* Sales Service Oriented and well organized
* Respect to all co-workers
* Pride in your work by creating positive energy, excitement and fun
* Demonstrate positive behaviors
* Preferably with an American accent
* Applicants must be willing to work in Pasig City.
