Job Responsibilities:


* Handles all inbound and outbound sales calls.
* Makes follow-up on all sales lead generated by Account Executives.
* Provides a positive Company image to prospective cients.
Job Requirement:
* Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
* Required skill(s): excellent communication skills, MS Office.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced specializing in Customer Service or equivalent gained from Call Center Company/BPO.
* Willing to work on regular day shift
* Can accept minimum rate of P15,000.00 to P18,000.

Responsibilities:

* Provide high quality technical support via phone, e-mail, and chat in a fast paced environment with English as a medium.
* Provide systems administration for customer accounts on UNIX and Windows Server platforms
* Learn multiple web hosting control panels and support CRMs
* Learn and become an expert in HTML editing programs like Dreamweaver.
* Troubleshoot all aspects of customer web hosting accounts (website, email, domain registration, scripting, DNS, SQL, etc.)

Requirements:

* A Computer or IT-related college degree
* Above par English communication skills, both in writing and in speech
* Knowledgeable with basic computer operations and basic troubleshooting
* Technical competence and Internet savvy
* Ability to learn and adapt to different learning environments
* Internally motivated with a strong passion for continuous development
* Has a personal vision and is goal-oriented
* Should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.

* Knowledge and experience supporting web hosting and/or ISP accounts as well as with any customer service related experience is desirable.
