Jr. Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a File Review Analyst you will review closed mortgage loan documents for accuracy, validate compliance requirements are met, and prepare the loan for purchasing and boarding. Upon review, you will utilize systems to enter all loan information while meeting standards for quality and productivity.


Key Responsibilities

* Compare data from the system to the documents on the imaging system
* Identify exceptions and correct on appropriate system or collaborate with internal business partners to resolve
* Extract specified data from certain documents and log accordingly
* Report and/or log exceptions for tracking
* Provide input to supervisor or department lead in regard to unusual issues discovered during review process
* Provide assistance to peers with their workloads if required
* Work special projects or other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:

* Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma with some years earned in a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
* Basic first mortgage & file review experience, an advantage
* Must have good typing skills
* Required language(s): English, Filipino

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Data gathering to support quarterly self-assessment-application based Infrastructure review
*
* Operational reporting-includes creation of reports and analysis identifying recommended improvement opportunities
* Disaster Recovery Planning & Test Coordination; inclusive of running command center calls and producing status reports
* Major Calendar Event Coordination; inclusive of running command center calls and producing status reports
* Problem management reporting & analysis
* Change management reporting & analysis
* Adhoc reporting for operational reports required by management: inventory, incident tickets, change, risk etc




REQUIREMENTS:

* Hardware & Software Computer systems knowledge (5+ yrs)
* Experience in distributed computer systems applications
* IT Risk Management; including exposure to SOX application compliance & controls (3+ yrs)
* Experience in problem management, identification, analysis and reporting.
* Customer focused attitude and excellent communication skills.
* Experience MS-Sharepoint reporting & administration
* MS-Office 2003 (or higher) experience; strong focus on Excel, formulas, reports and graphs
* Basic SQL analysis and reporting
* Strong analytical skills and data analysis
* Strong business and technical problem resolution skills
* Operational business reporting
* Meeting prep and facilitation (agenda, leading discussion, driving decisions & consensus building and meeting minutes)
* Demonstrated experience with industry standard analysis tools (fishbone diagrams, cause and effect diagrams etc)
