Initial recruitment for this high quality campaign rollout requires 45 Agents (15 Agents per shift x 3 shifts), with additional Agents required soon thereafter to cater for the planned future growth over scaled time increments.
For over 10 years Pynk Global has successfully operated Call Centers in Australia and at our Philippines Branch in Central Ortigas near the Robinson Galleria. Our Australian Client also has extensive experience in this area and will be providing ongoing training and support throughout the campaign.
The Client has insisted on providing a generous bonus structure in order to establish and maintain an enthusiastic team of experienced Agents. Base salary starts at PHP 15000 ~ 20000 depending on experience. Successful Agents should be able to more than double their salary with the bonus structure, once KPIs are met.
Responsibilities:
Successful applicants will have a proven track record of previous sales history in the Business 2 Business sector, with preference given to experience in Australian Campaigns, Mortgage, Time Share, Telecommunications, Debt Consolidation and any other Campaigns that required consultative up-selling, but other experienced Agents are also welcome to apply.
The primarily role of the Agent is to register businesses for FREE onto the first truly Global Online Business Directory, by validating the business’s details with the business owner. The initial campaign will be focused on the Australia, USA and UK Markets ~ hence the need for Agents over 3 shifts.
Duties will consist of:
• Using predictive dialers and Business Lead Base for marketing purposes
• Learning pre-approved scripts and product training to obtain immediate Business interest
• Offering FREE listings to Businesses and enter them into the online Business Directory
• Suggesting how a Business can be more discoverable by purchasing a low cost upgrade
• Entering details of the upgrade when purchased
• Once KPI's are met, attractive bonuses are offered on top of your base Salary
We have 3 shift times available. (This is a guide only and may be subject to change)
• 7am to 4pm
• 3pm to 12am
• 11pm to 8am
Although we do have several shifts available, it will be Pynk Global Management that will offer the end shift option to the successful applicant. Salary offered will also be dependent on initial shift that is offered.
Full support and training will be given to all successful applicants.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
* Required skill(s): outbound sales and marketing, excellent english and computer skills, Professional attitude, Extremely Reliable, learning skills, self starter.
* Required language(s): English
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Central Ortigas Across from Robinson Galleria.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent.
* 45 Full-Time positions available across 3 shifts.
* This is a offshore sales and marketing campaign and will follow the Holidays of that Country of calling, You will be required to work Filippino Holidays if not matching the holidays of the Country of calling.
