Responsibilities:
• Provide world-class technical support solutions to international clients.
• Contribute ideas on how to resolve computer hardware problems.

Requirement:
• Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or
• Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Good comprehension and communication skills.
• Call center experience is a definite advantage.
• Knowledgeable in computer & internet applications and basic troubleshooting.
• Amenable to work on shifting/graveyard schedule.
• Willing to be assigned in Makati, Ortigas or Taguig.
• 50 Full-Time positions available.
