RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Demonstrate ability to use logical and non-linear troubleshooting techniques to resolve customer issues
* Execute client’s policy and procedure to resolve issues and offering suggestions
* Clearly set customer expectations regarding resolution and/or follow up
* Explain a wide range of troubleshooting concepts to customers of varying levels of technical ability
REQUIREMENTS:

* At least 3rd year college
* Good Communication Skills
* Behavioral Competencies
* Call center experience is a plus
