Responsibilities:

Provide real-time assistance to customers over phone and ensure that customers receive quality service.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma or Bachelor's/College Degree of any field.
* Undergraduates are also encouraged to apply as long as they have at least 12 months experience as a CSA from a BPO or a Call Center Company
* Average to above average English communication skills
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Must be willing to work on weekend and holidays
* Applicants must be willing to work in Mandaluyong City
* Fresh graduates are very much encouraged to apply
