Technical Support Representative - for month of JULY

(Central Luzon, National Capital Reg)

◘ Provide world-class customer service.
◘ Contribute ideas on ways to trouble shoot computer hardware problems.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Completed 2 years in college or 2-year vocational course
• Preferably a graduate of any computer-related course
• Preferably with call center experience but not required.
• Average English communication skills
• Knowledgeable in troubleshooting computer hardware
• Amenable to work on shifting/graveyard schedule
• Willing to be assigned in SHAW and MANDALUYONG.
• Full-time positions available
Qualified candidates will receive :
• 16-22K salary package plus incentives
