Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of Customer Service Representatives
* Take escalated calls
* Monitor employee’s performance and service to customers.
* You will help to establish, grow and nurture the culture of our new Manila office.
* Implement processes and systems that will generate higher productivity.
* We are looking for the best of the best for our new call center.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
* 2 Full-Time positions available.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Minimum 5 years experience in a customer service environment.
* Superior ability to build relationships and promote an environment focused on team development and continuous improvement.
* Lead by example when speaking to internal and external customers.
* Proven customer service skills.
* Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong process flow management skills.
* Excellent English oral and written communication skills
* Program planning and implementation skills
* Excellent computer skills - Word, Excel & Internet.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Must be willing to work night shift position.
