Responsibilities:
Customer Service Representatives
• Answer customers' call pertaining to billing, services and products
• Ensure that call quality is observed in resolving customer needs
• Provide excellent customer service

Technical Support Representatives
• Responsible for diagnosing problems and providing resolutions for technical issues
• Provide excellent customer satisfaction through effective handling of concerns
• Ensure that proper escalation procedures are followed

Requirement:
• Completed 2 years in college or 2-year vocational course
• Average English verbal communication skills
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
• Computer literate
• Amenable to work on shifting/graveyard schedule
• Full-Time positions available
Type of Employment: Direct hire and Probationary
Compensation: 15 - 20K (inclusive of Basic Salary, Allowances and Night Differential)
