Responsibilities:

We are looking for Technical Support Agents who will be part of a Fortune 500 pioneer account in Eastwood City, Libis, Quezon City. As a TSR, you are expected to give topnotch customer service experience and resolve problems encountered by our client's customers. Our client is a popular multinatinational information technology corporation develops, sells, and supports computers.

Requirements:

* • College Degree/ Associate/ Vocational Certificate in a computer related course is preferred
* and at least 18 years old and above.
* Must be familiar with common computer technical terms and issues
* • Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
* • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
* • Should be confident to communicate in English
* • Willing to work on shifting schedules and holidays
* • Customer service-oriented and with highly technical background
* • Good in giving clear and concise instructions
