Responsibilities:

• Receive calls from US customers provide customer service over the phone.
• Observe company standards and protocols while assisting customers.

Requirements:

• Completed two-years in College/2-year vocational course (no back subjects).
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends and holidays.
• Motivated and willing to develop a career in the call center industry.
• Average English communication skills.
• Full-time Positions available.
