Sales Trainer (Eastwood City)

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for the analysis, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Sales Training and program.


* Use instructional systems design methodologies to analyze, design, develop, and evaluate technical curricula.


* Evaluate the effectiveness of existing materials and revise materials for projects supported by Sales Training.


* Ensure materials are instructionally sound and meet the performance requirements.


* Administer, monitor and report on the measurement and evaluation process associated with all training programs

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Mass Communications or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): Good communication skills, excellent presentation skills, good customer service orientation.
* Required language(s): English.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Eastwood City, Libis, Quezon City.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably 1-4 yrs experienced employees specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
