We are looking for dynamic professionals who can support one of the BPO accounts of Accenture in the technical aspect. This includes troubleshooting, network administration and assisting the whole account in the technical issues encountered.

He/She will act as Help desk that handles reconciliations with internal and external customers, vendors and affiliates.


REQUIREMENTS:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
* willing to work on a night shift or cyclical shifting schedule
* Full-Time positions available.
