Responsibilities:
Position Title: Director of APAC Sales Service Centre (based in Manila) for 16 countries in Asia Pacific


Reporting to: VP Sales APAC (based in Hong Kong) & Global SSC Director (based in the U.K.)

Please note that this role works for Regus and not any external clients. This is an in-sourced call centre set-up.

The SSC Director has overall responsibility for the Sales Service Centre (based in Manila), specifically relating to the efficiencies of the Office, Meeting Room and Virtual Office and Business World sales teams. This role has 2 Managers and a team of 20-25 sales agents reporting to him or her and still growing.

Key responsibilites:
· Ensuring results & revenue delivery in all areas and that the team meet all KPIs set and over achieve
· Build, coach and develop high performance sales teams
· Ensure the team manage their time effectively and work productively on the high volume of calls into the team according to the WILO (Week in the life of) plan
· Work closely with the Global SSC Director & VP Sales APAC to move the function forward to ensure that all Sales requirements are met and the sales process is fully supported
· Work closely with the field sales directors to ensure the SSC fully supports the sales process for all 16 countries.
· Reporting and P&L responsbility

Requirements:

* Ideally to have attained a Bachelor Degree or equivalent
* Demonstrate high level competency of working in a Tele Sales/ Call centre B2B environment
* In-sourced selling solution experienced
* Sense of ownership
* Demonstrate high level of competency in management of a team
* Demonstrate efficiency and high level skills in developing relationships
* Competent in reporting and project management
* Competent in working according to set procedures
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows
