Responsibilities:

* Provides technical direction to the transition and operation team(s)
* Applies significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to our clients.
* Easily recognizes system and process deficiencies and implements effective solutions.
* Suggests alternative technical solutions to meet client requirements more efficiently, and/or with greater reusability, and / or longer life.
* Translates the business requirements and creates and maintains the technical documentation.
* The technical document describes the technical solution as agreed between the transition team and the client.
* Creates and executes development project plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
* Communicates with the overall transition project manager.
* Provides configuration / development status
* Escalates potential project risks
* Tracks issues through to completions
* Serves as liaison between development staff, transition project managers and the client (in regards to technical matters).
* Insures that unit testing of the developed solution has been completed.
* Insures that issues are resolved prior to rolling to the UAT test environment
* Reviews UAT test plans to insure quality test cases have been created.
* Interfaces with the individuals responsible for training to provide materials, resources and explanations for usage of the technical solution. (Train the trainer) This could include the following groups.

Training Manger
Production Control Manger
Ongoing IT Support

* Identifies reusable configuration and code required for our code library and ensures the high quality creation of the code.
* Works with the Interface Development Manager
* Provides business requirements / components needed to produce the technical interface specifications.
* Insures the interface solution meet both DART’s and the client needs.
* Coordinates the Interface project plan into the technical project plan.
* Sees that the interface development occurs according to plan
* Coordinates the testing needs for interfaces into the overall test plan
* Defines, communicates and enforces DART standards.
* Assists in sales efforts from a technical perspective when required.
* Consistently delivers high-quality services to our clients
* Insures that all technical resources and development stay within budget.
* Aids in the transition of the technical solution into the hands of the long term solution owners.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent. Job role in IT Support/Helpdesk or equivalent.
* 1 Full-Time position available.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
