Quality Assurance Associate/Analyst (Project-Based)

Responsibilities:

* The main duty is to evaluate CRAs based on client specifications and internal quality standards. S/he will be handling simple team tasks like data gathering and simple quality reports. S/he should be able to develop their analytical skills, competencies and efficiency as a Quality Assurance Associate/Analyst.

Requirements:

* College Graduate, with Account subjects taken.
* Call center experience of at least 6 months, preferably QA experience.
* Must be knowledgeable in using of MS Office applications specifically MS Excel.
* Must have effective oral and written communications skills.
