Technical Support Rep. - Fresh Graduates are welcome!

(National Capital Reg - Ortigas, Mandaluyong, Makati and Taguig)

•Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
•Provide information on products and services.
•Provide of solutions for technical and service issues.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Completed 2 years in college or 2 yrs. vocational course.
• Average to Above Average English communication skills.
• Basic knowledge in software/internet troubleshooting.
• Amenable to work on graveyard and shifting schedules.
• Available to start this APRIL!
• Full- time positions available.


Type of Employment: Direct hire and probationary
Compensation: 15 - 20K (inclusive of Basic Salary, Allowances and Night Differential)
Other openings: Technical Support, Customer Service, Sales and Collections Agent
Daily Event: 2-3 Call Center Companies are hiring in our office.
