Sales Support Representatives

Sales Support Representatives (QUEZON CITY) Start Date: April 19 c/o Claire
RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Answers inbound customer calls and effectively respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
* Asks probing questions to establish cause/s of customer complaint; explains probable cause/s and procedure for correcting the problem / error.
* Answers customer inquiries clearly and logically; builds rapport, clarifies by asking relevant questions and validates all information given; ensures customer satisfaction at all times.
* Up sells products and services according to the established need/s of the customer; explains product / service detail and procedure for account processing.
* Secures the necessary customer information to process the account and close the sale; ensures that encoded data are complete and accurate.
* Follows proper procedure in answering customer inquiries and addressing complaints.
* Observes quality standards for all calls handled while ensuring customer satisfaction.



REQUIREMENTS:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field or completed Second Year in College.
* Experience in Outbound/Inbound Sales is an advantage but not required.
* Ability to function in a fast paced, sales driven environment with minimal distraction and supervision.
* Excellent Communication Skills.
* Enjoys challenges and highly results-oriented.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
* Maintain high demeanor, high attendance and sales performance according to project objectives.
* Applicants must be willing to work in QUEZON CITY and be assigned in shifting and/or graveyard schedule.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Fresh Graduates are also welcome.
* Full-Time positions available.
* Can start ASAP.
