Responsibilities:
• Providing market research support.
• Identifying and monitoring competitors; researching market conditions and changes in the industry that may affect sales.
• Building spreadsheet based models for data analysis; conducting Brand analysis, Competitor analysis, and Demographic analysis using customized tools.
• Category overview and ongoing report templates development.
• Do end to end Market Research.
• Handling ad hoc projects like research related usage pattern, awareness, etc.
• Spearhead research projects (Qualitative and Quantitative) and generate marketing plans.
• Planning and execution of research projects, monitoring daily performance and result analysis to enhance understanding of trends in client business units and client products in markets.
• Designing proposals, questionnaires, discussion guides, datasheets and build client presentations using processed data from SPSS in conjunction with Qualitative insights to suggest effective recommendations and way forward.

Requirements:
• Good command over SPSS/PASW.
• Good command over MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Good oral/written communication skills.
• Experience with IBM Symphony would be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of descriptive statistics (percentages, frequencies, means, meridians, etc.) and cross tabulations.
• Experience in data handling (transforming/recording the data etc.)
• Basic knowledge on weighting of data, statistical significance testing and confidence intervals.
• Experience in Quality Checking would be an added advantage.
• Willing to work in Mandaluyong City.
• 3 Full-time positions available.
