URGENT: Technical Support Representatives

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Will do Technical / Desktop / and Internet Troubleshooting and Support for International clients.


REQUIREMENTS:

* Preferably with at least 2-year/Bachelor's/Computer Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science, IT or equivalent.
* Must have a strong background in DSL networking, computer troubleshooting and computer maintenance.
* Must have excellent oral and written English communication skills.
* Must be willing to work on holidays and shifting schedules.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
* Full-Time positions available.
