Exceptions Analyst

(National Capital Reg - Pasay City)

Responsibilities:

* Daily resolution of AP and DART exceptions
* Root analysis and problem resolution to eliminate future exceptions
* Work with BU Supply Manger/Commodity Manage on findings to resolve
* Service vendor & internal customer inquiries
* Resolve blocked Invoices in SAP & the electronic invoicing environments
* Manage GR/IR
* Process Supplier refunds
* Review vendor aging report
* Review Daily "Future date" report
* Escheatment reporting and resolution
* Will process calls & emails (inbound and outbound)
* Other duties as assigned by Management

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Applications and Lotus Notes
* Proficient in SAP, BPCS/ELKE, PECAS or PICK highly desirable
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Manufacturing industry experience preferred
* Past experience in resolving GR/IR and blocked invoice situations
* Experience with electronic invoicing platforms beneficial (OB10, Readsoft, Edyos)
* Applicants must be willing to work in Pasay City.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
