* Superior listening skills
* Problem Solving/Trouble Shooting skills
* Ability to multitask
* Flexible to changes and has sense of urgency
* Can work under pressure, and can deliver set goals
* Demonstrated ability to handle upset customers positively and professionally
* Computer literate with keyboarding skills
* Willing to work day or evening/night or weekend shifts in the country of operation
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
