Customer Service Representative
(Southern Mindanao - Davao City, Philippines)
Responsibilities:
Global Connect eSolutions is currently in need of Outbound Customer Service Representatives responsibile for making outgoing calls to market a specific product or service to potential customers. Also responsible in full and proper documentation of orders using the sales portal.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, any field. College Level that have completed at least 2 semesters or had successfully earned 72 units
* Required skill(s): Microsoft Windows.
* Required language(s): English
* Must posses good command in English, both written and oral
* Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends or holidays
* Applicants must be willing to work in Davao City,Philippines.
* Preferrably with at least three (3) months call center experience. Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are likewise welcome to apply.
* 50 Full-Time positions available.
