The Senior Transaction Analyst shall manage individual client retail accounts. The responsibilities are focused on order taking, inquiries, returns and pricing as well escalations and feedback on the relevant products. The Senior Transaction Analyst will be responsible for the entire end to end process of Order management .


REQUIREMENTS:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
* Above average to excellent English communication skills
* At least 2 years call center or BPO work experience.
* Willing to work on graveyard and shifting schedules.
* Full-Time positions available.
