SALES OPERATIONS ANALYST (Components - EU Shift)

(Southern Tagalog - Sta. Rosa, Laguna)

Responsibilities:

* Coordinate with Sales,Projects and Suppliers in the preparation of both short and long-range plans.including the ability to rationalize supply capacity
* Provide Supply Chain analysis capability which will enable the operation to reduce supply leadtimes while improving delivery performance
* Ensure MRP processes are capable of providing accurate and timely information for Purchasing operations
* Assist in the analysis and identification of cost improvement opportunities on key good and services
* Define and produce metrics that reflect operational Supply Chain performance for the company
* Address exceptions to workflows and coordinate with team members to continuously improve processes

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): Supply Chain management, Excellent communication skills, ISO requirements knowledgeable.
* Preferred skill(s): Dynamic, Excellent coordination skills, attentive to details.
* Required language(s): English.
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Sta. Rosa.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
