Responsibilities:

○ Handle customer inquiries through inbound call.
○ Provide information on products and services.

Requirement:

• Completed 2 years in college or 2-year vocational course.
• Average English verbal communication skills including active listening.
• Computer literate and must be proficient in keyboarding.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules / graveyard shift.
• Amenable to work in SHAW, ORTIGAS and TAGUIG.
• Full-time positions available.
